New look for your window: our privacy film with stripes

Project from Chris -

Ready for a change in your window? Our window films are perfectly suited for application to flat glass or mirror surfaces. With their semitransparent surface, our Linia static premium window film provides top-notch privacy protection for your home while allowing sufficient daylight into interior spaces. Not only that, with their striped look, they are a hot trend.

Our privacy film can be very easily applied in four steps

You will need…

  • One roll of static premium Linia
  • d-c-fix® Handcrafting kit with smoothing blade and cutter knife
  • Scissors
  • Pencil

  • Measuring tape
  • Spray bottle with water
  • A cleaning cloth

Let’s go

Step 1

Clean the glass surface thoroughly to remove dirt or residual grease. Measure the dimensions of the glass or mirror surface and cut the d-c-fix® static premium Linia window film to size. Leave a gap of 2–3 mm for the window seals.

Step 2

Now liberally spray the glass with water until no dry spots are visible.

Step 3

Remove the backing paper for the static window film and apply it to the pane or surface you want to cover. Remember to leave a gap for the window seals.

Step 4

When the film is in the correct position, use the smoothing blade to squeeze out the water between the glass surface and the window film. Lastly, use a cloth to remove any remaining water and leave the film dry.

You’re done!
