Get started now with the tutorial on privacy protection with Texido:
Step 1
Measure the window and transfer the dimensions to the backing paper.
Then use the utility knife to cut the foil, cutting off 2 millimeters more than marked: this leaves enough distance to the window pane seal when applying.
Step 2
Before applying the foil, spray the window generously with d-c-fix® application fluid.
Step 3
Now peel off the transparent backing film.
Step 4
Apply the privacy foil to the window and smooth it down.
Step 5
Then use the scraper to wipe out the excess application fluid between the window pane and the foil.
Step 6
Finally, rub the window dry with the cloth.
You’re done!
