You will need…

A cabinet with a smooth surface
Two rolls of d-c-fix® Petersen red 45 cm x 2 m (F3460627)
d-c-fix® application kit (squeegee and cutter)

Scissors
Tape measure

Let’s go

Step 1

First you need to cut your adhesive film. Add on a few centimetres for each surface to which the film is to be applied in order to avoid cutting the film too short. The grid on the back of the d-c-fix films will help you with the cutting.

Step 2

Now remove approx. 10 cm of the backing paper and fold it over.

Step 3

Place the film on the edge of the piece of furniture to which the film is to be applied and press it on gently.

Step 4

Now you can start to remove the backing paper bit by bit and, at the same time, press on the film with the squeegee. Always work from the centre outwards to avoid air pockets.
